The client's character is overly complex if the piece includes extra details such as multiple swords, characters, city scenes etc----By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.----1. Original price may change according to the complexity, difficulty of each piece.2. The Artist only takes payment through Paypal Invoice and Square Invoice.3. Clear updated visual references must be provided by the Client as well as a clear description of what the Client would like before proceeding in commission process.4. The Artist will sent a sketch to the Client before proceeding with lineart, major changes will be added/edited onto the sketch. Once lining has begun the Client will only be allowed two minor lineart adjustments after that the Client may be charged a fee for any other changes.5.Commissioned pieces may be streamed.6. Payments under $50 USD must be paid up front by the Client before the commission process can continue, if payments are over $50 USD a payment plan can be worked out between the Artist and the Client.7. The Artist reserves the right to deny any commission.8. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketching process they will receive back 50% of what they paid.9. If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the lining process or any point past that they will not receive a refund.10. The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.11. The Client retains all rights to their respective characters.12. The Client has permission to upload the commissioned image to any site they want but they must provide a link back to the artist's gallery and credit the Artist whenever they upload said piece.13. The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.14. The Artist does not allow artworks to be sold for NFTS by themselves nor other parties.15. The Artist does not allow artworks to be used to train AI.16. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist.By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
